Replay Review - €20. Written analysis of up to three of your games, delivered within seven days of purchase. Live Coaching - €30. A 60-minute one-on-one session over Discord voice, at a time you book yourself.
Payment is taken up front through Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site.
Replay reviews are delivered as a written analysis sent to you on Discord, within seven days. Live sessions take place at the time you booked.
Once you've paid, I start working on your review. If seven days pass from your first Discord message and I haven't delivered your analysis, you get a full refund.
Before that deadline the work is already underway, and once the analysis has been delivered the work is done - in both cases no refund applies.
Delivery runs on a seven-day clock that starts when you first message me on Discord - not when you pay. Joining the Discord and contacting me is a required step, and until it happens there is no way for me to deliver your review.
By purchasing, you request that I begin work immediately. You acknowledge that this waives your right to withdraw under EU distance-selling rules: no refund applies while the review is in progress within the seven-day window, and none applies once the analysis has been delivered. The only circumstance in which a refund is due is if seven days pass from your first Discord message without delivery.

Coaching is instruction, not a result. Nobody can guarantee a rank, an MMR gain, or a win rate, and I don't. What you get is my honest analysis and my time. What you do with it is up to you.
I reserve the right to end a session and refuse future bookings in cases of abuse, harassment, or attempts to use sessions for account sharing, boosting, or anything else that goes against Dota 2's own terms.
When you buy a replay review: your name, email, Discord username, the match IDs you send, and what you have asked me to look at. When you book a live session: your name, email, your rank, your main role, and optionally what you want from the session. When you donate: your name and email.
When you pay, Stripe collects your card details and shares limited information with me: the cardholder name, the last four digits, the card type and issuer, and the country the card was issued in. I never see or store the full card number.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Replay review forms are handled by Formspree. Bookings are handled by Cal.com. Each of them stores some or all of the information submitted through it on their own systems, under their own policies.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising.

Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as the account exists. Stripe is required to retain transaction records under anti-money-laundering rules, and transactions cannot be deleted.
Form submissions and booking details are kept because they are needed to deliver the service and to have a record in case of a dispute.
